
Dumisani Ndimande
Chief Excecutive Officer
Dumisani has a National Diploma in Accounting obtained in 1993 from the Mangosuthu University of Technology in Kwazulu–Natal. He served his articles of clerkship with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu–Natal whilst enrolled with the University of South Africa towards the Bachelor of Accounting Science degree during the period 1996 to 2001.
As an Accountant he has worked for Standard Bank (3–month internal audit engagement), Medscheme (Pty) Ltd, NBC Holdings Employee Benefits (Pty) Ltd, Fussell & Associates Employee Benefits (Pty) Ltd and Crestwave Telecoms (Pty) Ltd.
He has extensive experience in the space of servicing Small, Micro & Medium Enterprises, and now forms part of a team of accounting, taxation and financial management professionals at Gewensa.
Over a decade he has been involved with assisting Small, Micro & Medium Enterprises across the Gauteng and Kwazulu–Natal regions deal and overcome their unresolved accounting, taxation and financial management issues

Sanele S Ndimande
(CA) SA : advisory & Risk Services Director
Sanele Ndimande is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a passion for finance process optimisation through leveraging of technology. Sanele completed his BComm(Accounting) degree with UJ in 2010 (achieving the first year top achiever Dean’s award); BComm(Hons) Accounting/CTA in 2012 with the University Of Johannesburg and subsequently graduated with EOH (Faculty Training Institute) in Cape Town for Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and Certified Programme in Business Analysis (CPBA) IIBA endorsed in 2017.
Sanele served his articles with the PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PwC) in Johannesburg and subsequently worked for the PwC Netherlands office in 2015/6 after completion of his articles. Returning from the Netherlands, Sanele worked as a Finance Process Business Analyst with Woolworths – 2017/18, Rand Marchant Bank (RMB) 2018/19 and Standard Bank Group 2019 – 2021.
Sanele has been with the Gcwensa Group from 2015 as a Non-Executive member and is currently leading the Advisory leg of the business dealing with risk and process optimisation projects.

Ntokozo Ndimande
Secreterial and Legal Services Director
Ntokozo Ndimande is a qualified IT specialist and did CIS studies which has held a number of diverse positions across
industries and disciplines, this has equipped Ntokozo to be a multi-disciplinary professional able to dive
into problem solving across all areas of business. Ntokozo has built her career through working for both
the public sector and private sector where she has gained a host of skills outside her core IT profession
including high proficiency in MS Office, Pastel & Sage; Sage accounting, office end to end administration and
management, client accounts management, site teams organisation, corporate governance, statutory
registrations and financial accounting.
Ntokozo has worked for the eThekwini Municipality as an intern on the Rates Department in 2005/2007,
then joined Johannesburg Social Housing Company (JOSHCO) as the assistant company secretary (attorney) in 2008/2011 and
Abacus Gardens as the executive assistant to the executive directors in 2011 which led to her promotion
as the group’s nationwide fleet manager from 2012 to 2017.
Ntokozo has been with the Gcwensa from 2017 as the Senior Office Administrator, promoted to Finance
Executive Assistant in 2018 to 2019 and is now responsible for Gcwensa’s statutory compliance, training
and legal matters as the Human Resources Director from 2020 to date.
